The new, multi-level dunning process is flexibly configurable.  Different actions can be assigned to the levels

As of 22nd October, 2013 the implementation of new collection process - according to the unique needs of our customers and also the recent regulations – was finished. Dunning is the process, in which subscribers with late payment are being monitored and actions are initiated – including sending dunning letter,  email and SMS notification or even barring the service. 

EuroMACC’s hIPer™ system supports several types of collection processes running parallel. The new processes goes through 10 level of collection steps. 

The collection workflow is based on action components which allows to buld up tailor made processes..
