EuroMACC has redesigned and customized its Hyper-X and WebCare billing, customer management and web portal applications to fulfill customer requirements.
As soon as the subscriber agreement is electronically concluded, the cash register is being personalized and it can be used immediately by using an automatic provisioning system.
Online sales and customer service functions are implemented through the WebCare application of EuroMACC.
To this day, EuroMACC continuously supports and operates the delivered applications, the functionality is regularly being extended according to user needs and the changes in legal environment.
